New Account Operations
Up to $50,000 to start plus annual bonus and outstanding company-sponsored benefits
Oak Brook, IL

As a New Account Operations Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the primary point-of-contact for private fund clients and their New Accounts
- Monitoring the opening of all new accounts
- Adding additional authorized individuals to accounts
- Monitoring the establishment of 'private portal' data feeds upon request
- Overseeing the preparation of quarterly statements
- Monitoring service fees invoicing for your clients
- Providing answers to inquiries regarding additional company products, services and fees
- Troubleshooting and resolving client concerns, issues and problems
- Always ensuring your clients are satisfied with their account maintenance and service

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least one year of client-facing responsibilities within the Banking, Brokerage and/or Financial Services industries

- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a similar relevant discipline


- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Collaboration skills


+++ A working knowledge of trust accounting systems and/or custody services

+++ Knowledge of IRA accounts and IRA rollovers

+++ Knowledge of IRS rules and regulations in relation to IRA accounts

+++ Experience with alternative investments
