In this role, you can earn an addition $20,000 to $30,000 in commission during your first year.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning about the Company's full line of medical devices for the dental industry
- Contacting sales leads, current and former customers
- Learning about the unique needs of each customer
- Making product presentations to inform and engage customers
- Teaching and training customers to properly use the Company's products
- Giving interested customers additional information on product pricing, product specifications and product availability
- Attending trade shows to meet customers in-person and to provide hands-on assistance [Travel paid at Company expense]
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Diligently tracking your sales success
- Actively strengthening your product and industry knowledge
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least one year of Sales, Sales Support and/or Account Management experience

- Follow-up skills
- Computer proficiency
- A valid Driver's License
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds (on occasion)
- The willingness and availability to travel as necessary to trade shows and other events [Travel paid at company expense]


+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, especially in Business, Sales and Marketing or similar

+++ Sales experience from the dental industry

+++ Sales experience from the medical device, medical equipment and/or medical supply industry

+++ Numbers / figures that demonstrate your sales success at prior places of employment
