Outside Sales Manager / Territory Account Manager
$65,000 to start plus superior company-sponsored benefits, incentives and bonuses for new clients!
Work Remote - Cover Midwest Territories

As an Outside Sales Specialist and Account Manager for our client, a mega-supplier of Genuine and OEM Parts for a variety of industries nationwide, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Managing Dealer Sales in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio
- Growing your segment annually
- Maintaining current customers
- Identifying, qualifying and closing new clients
- Reactivating previous clients
- Actively listening to customers in order to find ways to grow their account sales
- Analyzing, tracking and determining individual action plans for customers
- Coaching and mentoring your Territory Sales Support Staff (Inside Sales, Order Desk, Customer Service)
- Continually meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations.
- Preparing marketing flyers in order to up-sell new products
- Regular reporting of sales activity and next steps in the sales cycle to Management

The ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least three or more years of Outside Sales experience

- A proven track record of increasing sales in both existing and new accounts

- A proven track record of increasing profit margins in both existing and new accounts

And:

- Experience training and mentoring support staff
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365.

Pluses:

+++ A Bachelor's Degree

+++ Experience from within the Appliance Parts, HVAC Parts and/or Auto Parts industries
