Job Description:

Administrative Assistant Service Coordinator
Up to $18.00 per hour to start

As the Administrative Assistant Service Coordinator, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning about the processes and protocols of the Service Department
- Providing assistance and support to the Service Coordinator and to the Service Department
- Communicating with customers by phone and email
- Scheduling service and maintenance requests
- Informing the Service Coordinator and/or Service Manager of all service-related issues
- Learning to administer requests from Field Service Technicians
- Learning to generate service agreements and work orders
- Learning to monitor inventory and order parts on behalf of the Field Staff
- Performing data entry
- Learning to assist with the permitting process
- Always delivering outstanding customer service

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least one year of related / similar / relevant experience

- Proficiency with Inventory Management Software (SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.)

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Fast and accurate data entry skills


- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced organizational and follow up skills
- Prioritization and problem solving skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills


+++ Proficiency with any CRM, especially Sage 100

+++ Purchasing / Sourcing experience

+++ Experience with contractor labor outsourcing processes

+++ Prior manufacturing support experience

+++ Technical support skills
