As Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Performing HR generalist and full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition functions for 75+ employees
- Assisting at all levels of the organization, from entry-level employees to senior leadership
- Generating job requisitions for open positions
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Selecting, engaging and screening prospective employees
- Participating in the employee selection process
- Administering all pre-employment due diligence, including background and reference checks
- Onboarding and offboarding employees
- Conducting performance evaluations
- Administering benefits programs
- Serving as an ongoing resource for employees on HR-matters
- Coordinating with third-party service providers
- Ensuring organizational compliance with all employment-related laws, rules, ordinances and regulations
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Human Resources experience
- At least 3 years of Recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience
- Benefits Administration experience


- A Bachelor's Degree


- The ability to write effective job descriptions
- Interviewing and assessment skills
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding documentation and processes
- Knowledge of employment law, including labor laws and FMLA compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
