Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist
Replacement Parts Industry
As Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist, you will receive training and learn to:
- Support National Accounts and Online Product Resellers
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Conduct parts lookups
- Take and process orders
- Setup new customer accounts
- Monitor open orders
- Prepare and distribute invoices
- Use online web portals to facilitate the payment process
- Administer product returns, backorders and warranties
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Provide additional cross-functional and overflow support as requested
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Customer Service, Customer Support, Account Management, Sales Support or similar/related
- Intermediate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- The ability to work OT on Saturdays as required

+++ Related order entry or return order experience from a similar industry
+++ Experience with Warranty administration
