Inside Sales Representative

As Inside Sales Representative for a national leader in the distribution of telecommunication technology solutions you will:

- Reach out to customers by phone and email
- Introduce customers to a suite of well-known telecommunications and technology solutions
- Identify and qualify prospects
- Generate proposals and price quotes
- Negotiate and close sales
- Up-sell and cross-sell additional products wherever possible
- Administer the sales database
- Update customer account information
- Follow up post sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot post-sale support issues
- Be an ongoing resource for your customers and generate referrals

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 year of Account Management, Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Support, Telemarketing, Telesales, Up-selling, Cross-selling, Lead Generation or similar/related


- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfort with technology and tech products
- Relationship management skills
- A sales PLUS service approach
- A friendly and upbeat telephone personality


+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
+++ Related experience from a similar position and/or industry
+++ Proficiency with NetSuite CRM
