Office / Customer Service / Data Entry
Credit Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)
As Credit Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Learn to provide assistance and support to the Credit and Collections Department
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Take, enter and process payments
- Answer questions and address inquiries as they arise
- Learn to conduct account-specific research
- Provide supporting documents to customers upon request
- Make updates to spreadsheets and customer account information
- Learn to reconcile customer accounts post payment
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Provide additional clerical, administrative, customer and accounting support as requested
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Customer Service, Communication and phone skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Computer and Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
+++ ANY Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Bookkeeping or Accounting experience
