Field Service Technician

Salary:
Up to $50,000 to start plus full benefits

Job Description:

Repair / Maintenance / Installation
Field Service Technician

As Field Service Technician, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Support repair, maintenance and installation operations
- Travel to customer jobsites
- Assemble/install new injection molding technologies
- Train new users on how to properly operate and maintain their machines
- Perform routine maintenance on existing machines at customer jobsites
- Test, troubleshoot and diagnose broken and malfunctioning machinery
- Make repairs and reassemble machines once repair work is completed
- Conduct quality checks on completed repairs
- Order parts as necessary
- Explain machine issues and repairs to customers
- Answer questions and address inquires by phone and in person
- Perform other duties as assigned

Up to $65,000 to start plus full benefits

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 year of Repair, Maintenance, Mechanical Assembly and/or installation experience

With:

- Customer Service skills
- Computer and Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
