Construction Estimator (WFH possible post training)

Up to $95,000 to start plus annual bonus and full company-sponsored benefits
After training is complete in the Itasca, IL office, WFH opportunities are available

As Construction Estimator, you will:

- Provide project-based technical support
- Create project folders
- Review manufacturing and construction documents
- Use Bluebeam REVU to perform material take-offs
- Obtain material quotes from vendors
- Create project cost estimates
- Calculate and code material and labor costs
- Follow up on bids, quotes and RFI's as requested
- Attend meetings and take notes
- Review estimates with the Sales Team
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 year of Construction Estimating, Construction Analysis, Construction Pricing/Proposal Analysis, Construction Project Coordination or Construction Project Administration experience


- Bluebeam Software experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- A Bachelor's Degree
