Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual Spanish)

Up to $80,000 plus great company sponsored benefits

As Human Resources Generalist, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Administer day-to-day human resource operations
- Recruit candidates for open job requisitions
- Interview candidates and contribute to candidate selection processes
- Conduct pre-employment reference and background checks
- Extend offer letters
- Contribute to training, onboarding and professional development initiatives
- Administer the HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
- Maintain manual and electronic employment files
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience
- A Bachelor's Degree

With:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate Data Entry skills

Pluses:

+++ Fluency in Spanish (read, write, speak)
