Machine Operator (Blown Film Extrusion)

Up to $30.00 per hour to start plus full company-sponsored benefits

In this role, your schedule will be 6AM-6PM and will include weekends.

This is a two week rotating schedule, 3 days one week and 4 days the following week.

As Blown Film Extrusion Operator, you will:

- Support manufacturing production operations
- Operate blown film extrusion machines/machinery
- Review work orders, work instructions and blueprints/drawings
- Stage all required materials
- Setup and adjust blown film extrusion machinery prior to operation
- Initiate production runs
- Monitor machines during each production run
- Perform quality checks on completed product
- Identify poor quality, non-conforming and defective product
- Initiate corrective action as necessary
- Escalate complex issues as required
- Stage completed work product
- Learn to perform basic routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery
- Ensure your area remains neat and orderly
- Uphold quality, compliance and safety standards
- Document your production activity
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Blown Film Extrusion Machine Operation
