Accounting - Manager of Auditing (Hybrid WFH)

Up to $130,050 to start plus great benefits

As Manager of Auditing, you will:

- Manage and supervise client engagements processes
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to Audit Staff
- Oversee audit, review, compilation and financial statement activities
- Uphold quality, compliance and regulatory standards
- Participate in client engagement processes
- Provide strategic guidance to clients
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Seek out cost savings and efficiencies wherever possible
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and complaints
- Initiate corrective action(s) as necessary
- Assist with hiring, onboarding and training initiatives
- Serve as an ongoing resource for new and existing employees
- Collaborate with leadership teams
- Drive organizational strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Accounting experience
- Public Accounting experience
- Accounting Audit experience
- Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing Standards
- Experience Auditing Non-Profit / Not-for-Profits
- A Bachelor's Degree
