Account Manager - Hospitality Division
Customer Service, Project Management and Business Development
Up to $65,000 to start plus outstanding company-sponsored benefits and many opportunities for advancement

As an Account Manager within the Hospitality Division, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning about the products, product lines and services offered by the Company
- Servicing global accounts within the Hospitality Division
- Acting as a liaison between customers, the Sales Department and all internal business units
- Successfully fostering, building and managing relationships with customers
- Ensuring the timely and accurate implementation of projects
- Promptly and thoroughly answering all customer inquiries received via phone and email
- Coordinating with internal departments as needed to obtain pertinent client and project information
- Monitoring inventory, product availability and project lead times
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues, problems or concerns that your customers are experiencing
- Studying your current client's business model and ordering patterns in order to identify areas for sales growth
- Recommending additional products and services to your customers as appropriate to boost revenue and profitability
- Supporting the successful execution of Company-based marketing strategies
- Promoting and ensuring customer retention
- Traveling [up to 20% of the time at the Company's expense to meet with your clients
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least three years of Account Management, Senior Customer Service and/or Project Management experience

In addition to the following qualifications:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Advanced overall computer proficiency
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Having a 'big' personality
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Analytic skills and a comfort with numbers
- The ability to think creatively and 'color outside of the lines' as needed to deliver solutions that are catered to your customer's needs

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- The willingness and availability to travel up to 20% of the year at the Company's expense

+++ A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a similar discipline

+++ Previous experience making Business Development and/or Inside Sale calls

+++ Experience developing and executing a sales and marketing plan

+++ Experience with Microsoft Access
