Account Operations Manager in Trust Accounting and Custody Services
Up to $55,000 to start plus annual bonus and outstanding company-sponsored benefits
Oak Brook, IL

As an Account Operations Manager in Client Services, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a primary point-of-contact and support for private fund clients
- Developing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with all assigned clients
- Monitoring the opening of all new accounts
- Adding additional authorized individuals to accounts
- Monitoring the establishment of data feeds upon request
- Processing the re-registration of assets
- Executing asset and cash transactions, which include, but are not limited to:

> Alternative Assets
> Traditional Assets
> Opening of Brokerage Accounts
> Processing Client Subscriptions and Redemptions
> Fund Expense Payments

Additional duties include:

- Overseeing the preparation of quarterly statements and service fee invoices for your clients
- Providing answers to inquiries regarding additional Company products, services and fees
- Troubleshooting and resolving client concerns, issues and problems
- Always ensuring your clients are satisfied with their account maintenance and service

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least three years of client-facing responsibilities within the Banking and/or Financial Services industries

In additional to the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a similar relevant discipline
- A working knowledge of trust accounting systems and/or custody services
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Above-average overall computer proficiency
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship-building and follow-up skills
- A personable and engaging disposition
- Professionalism, poise and maturity
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Organization and attention-to-detail in your work
- The ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
