Supply Chain Analyst
Forecasting / Analysis / Strategic Support
Up to $60,000 to start plus bonus and outstanding company-sponsored benefits

As a Supply Chain Analyst, your primary duties duties and responsibilities will include:

- Providing strategic support to multiple Sales Managers by region
- Handling supply chain analysis and forecasting functions
- Working with the various Sales Managers to coordinate product implementation, from prototypes and trials to mass production
- Monitoring the open order backlog
- Assisting with the customer billing process and also processing supplier invoices
- Working to resolve price discrepancies, short-payments and over-payments
- Processing trade sales orders, domestic and international purchase orders and required shipping documentation
- Handling trade compliance functions
- Coordinating logistics for domestic and international shipments
- Managing product data, pricing and parts using an SAP system
- Setting-up new customer and supplier accounts
- Performing account and file maintenance
- Assisting with the month-end closing process
- Assisting with special projects as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least three years of supply chain management, sales support, sales forecasting or account management experience from within a manufacturing environment
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP software or systems

In addition to the following qualifications:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- A comfort with numbers and spreadsheets
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- Accuracy and attention-to-detail in your work
- The ability to multitask and prioritize successfully
- The ability to work both independently and in team-oriented settings
