Customer Service Representative
Up to $17.00 per hour to start plus outstanding benefits after 90 days
Wheeling, IL

As Customer Service Representative your primary responsibility will be to serve as a problem-solver, driving customer satisfaction by delivering solutions to successfully resolve customer concerns, issues and problems.

Your job duties will include:

- Accumulating in-depth knowledge about the various medical products and related services being offered by the company
- Serving as a first point-of-contact for customers inquiring about products and placing orders
- Responding to customer product questions and order issues by phone, email and webchat
- Processing customer orders, quotes and returns
- Researching accounts, order and delivery problems to identify root cause
- Coordinating with internal company departments to resolve customer issues as necessary
- Implementing effective solutions for customers by clearly communicating the process and remedy to the customer
- Providing feedback and market insights to the Sales and Marketing Departments to facilitate and promote efficient operations
- Providing an outstanding customer experience through timely responsiveness, follow-up and follow-through with customers

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least two years of full-time customer service experience from with an office and/or call center environment
- Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] and/or Customer Relationship Management [CRM] software

In addition to the following qualifications:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate data entry skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mentality
- Relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
