As a Real Estate Transaction Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning the services of the firm
- Learning all processes and procedures for the Transaction Service Team within the Alternative Investment Group
- Connecting any activity within various real estate investments to positions being held within investor's IRA accounts
- Managing communications to and from investors, and the various Investment Managers, in reference to pending transactions that effect investor accounts
- Researching and/or locating missing information, documents and/or files needed in order to complete transactions
- Providing answers to client inquiries regarding the products, services and fees related to the real estate transactions
- Ensuring that all documentation, transaction activity and service charges meet required standards (both internal and IRS) in order to satisfy IRA rules
- Adding credibility and confidence in the company's alternative investment products through your interactions with clients
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
- AND a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- AND work experience, while attending school
