As an Administrative Service and Sales Coordinator, you will be supporting customers and colleagues in the quoting and booking process for service orders. In this role, you will perform a combination of customer service, administrative and sales support responsibilities.

Your job duties will include:

- Communicating with customers regarding all aspects of service order management
- Answering customer inquiries and providing customers with information about: pricing, availability, credit quote terms, purchase orders and deliveries
- Working with the Supply Chain Team to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner
- Processing a high-volume or sales and service quotes
- Scheduling and booking service orders
- Entering information and uploading documentation to customer web portals
- Generating accurate customer billing statements
- Cross-training in the Credit, Pricing and Warehouse Departments
- Providing additional support to the Sales and Service Teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least one year of administrative sales support and/or customer service experience

In addition to the following desired qualifications:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- Accuracy and attention-to-detail in your work
- Problem-solving skills
- Prioritization and time-management skills
