Office Manager and Executive Assistant
Up to $21.00 per hour approximately 30 hours per week
Northwest Suburbs - Schaumburg Area

As the Part Time Office Manager and Executive Assistant, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring smooth operation of the office
- Answering office phones and directing calls as appropriate
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keeping the office calendar
- Making travel arrangements. maintaining travel schedules and coordinating events
- Assisting with event-related recordkeeping and accounting
- Keeping track of purchasing activities and office expenditures
- Entering invoices into QuickBooks
- Performing credit card and event reconciliations
- Assisting with Human Resource duties and new hire orientations
- Coordinating with building and office maintenance services
- Maintaining electronic and manual file systems
- Managing special projects
- Providing additional administrative and accounting support to the VP as needed

An ideal candidate profile will include the following skills and experience:

- At least three years of Office Administration and/or Small Office Manager experience
- Any amount of Accounting experience
- Ability to work Mon - Friday from approximately 9AM to 3PM
