Client Service Manager
Up to $80,000 to start plus outstanding company-sponsored benefits, room for career advancement and annual bonus
Near West Suburbs - Oak Brook Area

As the Client Service Manager, you will be managing a team in the Retirement Services Group and your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with all IRA and QRP activity
- Managing Team Members and all call center activities
- Providing oversight, guidance and direction to Team Members
- Training and coaching Junior and Senior Team Members
- Ensuring Team Members meet established client service standards
- Preparing performance evaluations for Team Members
- Recommending Team Members for salary increases and promotions
- Interviewing and selecting new Team Members
- Ensuring your team follows all Department processes and procedures
- Serving as a liaison and main point of contact for the IT Team
- Participating in Management Team meetings
- Participating in routine Department activities to set a good example
- Resolving escalated client service issues
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least five years of client service experience in the financial services industry

- Experience with Retirement Accounts including IRA, Roth IRA and QRP activity

- Experience with retirement accounts and IRS rules and regulations

- At least two years of supervisory experience
