Account Manager / Sales Specialist
Base salary up to $60,000 plus uncapped commissions and great company-sponsored benefits
Chicago - Near Midway Airport

As an Account Manager and Sales Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Helping customers to create one-of-a-kind exhibits, displays and installations
- Utilizing the Company's Customer Relationship Management [CRM] system to manage your accounts and sales pipeline
- Managing current accounts
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within key markets
- Reaching out to potential new clients via phone, email, social media and other channels
- Traveling to trade shows to network and uncover additional prospecting opportunities
- Following up on sales leads from trade shows
- Presenting ideas and demonstrating the Company's capabilities through both digital and in-person presentations
- Developing sales proposals and price quotes
- Negotiating deals and closing new business
- Providing customers with successful experiences that lead to future business and referrals

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least two years of Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management experience from within a non-commodity product or service sales environment

***Only non-commodity sales experience will be considered ideal for this position***

In addition to the following desired qualifications:

- The willingness and ability to travel to client meetings and trade shows (all travel paid at company expense)
- Experience with any CRM software or systems
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Advanced communication and listening skills
