Client Communication Coordinator

As a Client Communication Coordinator, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Answering client's questions via phone and email
- Providing pricing, product availability and delivery information
- Understanding's each client's concept and design process as appropriate
- Sending product samples upon request
- Taking orders from clients via phone and email
- Processing orders in the Company system
- Preparing accurate and thorough packing lists for each shipment
- Tracking shipments, expediting 'rush' orders as necessary
- Resolving client concerns and issues
- Troubleshooting shipping errors, correcting overages or shortages
- Authorizing the return of damaged or incorrect merchandise
- Generating various routine and specialized reports
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Always ensuring clients are happy with their products and ordering experience

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- A Bachelor's Degree in any major AND at least two years of EITHER:

> Customer Service experience from an office environment
> OR, Public-facing Customer Service experience from any of the following industries: Retail, Hotel, Travel, Gaming and/or Hospitality
> OR, Call Center experience

In addition to the following qualifications:

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency
- Above-average internet research skills
