Administrative Assistant
Property Management Industry
Up to $60,000 to start
Near North Suburbs - Northbrook, IL

As an Administrative Assistant in the Property Management Industry, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Being the main point-of-contact for renters, service providers, vendors and investors
- Entering all service requests into Rent Manager property management software
- Arranging and scheduling maintenance and repair requests between service providers and renters
- Tracking and monitoring service issues from initial complaint to final resolution
- Managing all supply vendors
- Receiving, organizing and coding invoices by property
- Sending invoices to renters as appropriate
- Coordinating and documenting building system inspections (fire alarms, sprinkler systems, etc.) across all properties
- Preparing routine and specialized renter and investor correspondence
- Preparing and sending-out lease packages
- Maintaining up-to-date certificates of insurance
- Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems
- Producing routine reports for management
- Managing special projects
- Performing additional administrative and clerical duties as necessary

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least three years of Administrative Office experience

- OR at least one year of Administrative Office experience from within Property Management, Real Estate or a similar industry
