Job Description:

CAD / Drafting / Drafter
Drafter (Wood)

Up to $80,000 to start plus great company-sponsored benefits

As Drafter, you will:

- Join a specialist in the exhibit, display and tradeshow industry
- Receive complete training
- Contribute to design/build processes for new exhibit and display projects
- Collect, prepare and review all information related to project construction
- Create new and update existing design/build project drawings
- Draft floor plans, layouts, utility locations, specifications, furnishings, specialty items, graphics, property layouts and other design elements
- Create shop plans and assembly instructions
- Seek out cost savings and efficiencies wherever possible
- Uphold project timelines and budgets
- Make revisions and adjustments to existing drawings as necessary
- Maintain manual and electronic project files
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- CAD experience
- Drafting experience
- Woodworking experience

Pluses:

+++ Related experience from the Exhibit, Display and/or Tradeshow Industry
+++ Custom Cabinetry experience
+++ Millwork experience

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- A Bachelor's Degree
- Strategic planning and analysis skills
