Project Manager - Tradeshow Industry

Up to $90,000 to start plus excellent company-sponsored benefits

As Project Manager you will:

- Join a specialist in trade show exhibits and commercial interiors
- Be assigned a group of clients
- Plan, implement, oversee and execute client projects
- Create and adhere to project timelines
- Ensure each project upholds customer requirements and quality standards
- Minimize costs and maximize efficiencies
- Review exhibit renderings and cost estimates
- Collaborate with Drafters to create detailed project drawings
- Provide direction and guidance for fabrication teams
- Lead meetings with internal and external project stakeholders
- Order all required exhibit elements
- Monitor and track job progress
- Provide periodic status updates to project stakeholders
- Provide guidance on exhibit installation processes
- Oversee the transport of exhibits to installation sites
- Coordinate with account management teams on client deliverables
- Close out completed projects and project files
- Assist with invoicing processes
- Manage special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Project Management experience
- Tradeshow, exhibit and/or Display Project Management experience

With:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
