Accounts Receivable Clerk

Start ASAP - Up to $19.50 per hour

As Accounts Receivable Clerk, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Receiving complete training
- Taking, entering and processing payments
- Applying payments to accounts
- Identifying errors, omissions and discrepancies
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Escalating complex issues as necessary
- Monitoring and tracking customer account balances
- Identifying customers with past-due and/or delinquent accounts
- Reaching out to customers to bring their accounts current
- Making updates to customer account information
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience
- At least 1 year of Collections experience
- Fast and accurate Data Entry skills

Pluses:

+++ Fluency in Spanish [read, write, speak]
