Credit and Collateral Analyst
Up to $60,000 to start plus outstanding "Day One" company-sponsored benefits

As Credit and Collateral Analyst, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting within the ABL (Asset Based Lending) and Factoring Group
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Learning to analyze client collateral profiles and fund loans
- Reviewing client's underwriting submissions, collateral audits, asset appraisals, and borrowing base certificates
- Onboarding new clients
- Assisting with pre-funding of new client credit lines
- Following up on all post loan closing activities
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Providing broader support to the Account Executives as needed
- Maintaining daily / monthly invoice verifications
- Monitoring payment activity and summary agings
- Ensuring clients are in compliance with all monthly reporting
- Updating any collateral information, borrowing base certifications and related documentation
- Inputting updates into the Stucky ABL (Asset Based Lending) and Factoring software
- Ensuring all client information is saved properly in the Stucky ABL and Factoring Software at all times

An ideal candidate profiles will include:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or similar

- At least one year of experience as a Credit Analyst, Collateral Analyst or similar

And:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Accurate data entry skills
- Above average communication skills
- Math and analytical skills
- Comfort with numbers, data and spreadsheets
