Customer Service / Client Services
Health Insurance Customer Service

As a Customer Service Specialist for Health Insurance Accounts you will:

- Assist the Health Insurance Account Manager
- Provide dedicated account support to the firm's clientele
- Communicate with clients by phone and email
- Answer questions/inquiries
- Provide up-to-date account information upon request
- Prepare policy quotes
- Develop presentations, meeting materials and other client deliverables
- Create routine and special correspondence
- Administer the claims process
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 2 years of Customer Support, Client Services and/or Call Center, Administrative Office or similar/related experience with Health Insurance products
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Accurate data entry skills
- Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets and presentations
