Receptionist & Administrative HR Assistant

As Receptionist and Administrative HR Assistant for an established provider of Insurance Solutions, you will:

- Support the Personal Lines Department
- Answer, screen and transfer calls
- Take and distribute messages
- Provide basic information to callers as needed
- Perform data entry
- Maintain and update spreadsheets
- Assist with HR-related tasks
- Maintain employment files
- Ensure all professional documentation and licensing is up-to-date
- Manage special projects for the Department

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 years of Reception, Administrative Office, Office Support or similar/related
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Accurate data entry skills


- Effective communication skills
- Relationship management skills
- An outgoing and upbeat personality
- Organization and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills


+++ Any amount of HR experience
+++ Any experience within an Insurance Agency
+++ Experience with Property and Casualty insurance products
+++ A Property and Casualty Insurance License
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
