Customer Service / Lead Generation
Lead Generator and Customer Service Specialist
As Lead Generator and Customer Service Specialist for a national leader in the distribution of telecommunication technology solutions you will:
- Provide assistance and support to the Account Management Team
- Administer the Sales Database
Reach out to prospective customers by phone and email
- Identify and qualify key decision makers
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Supply information upon request
- Collect lead information
- Make updates to the Sales Database
- Turn over leads to the Account Management Team
- Prepare price quotes and proposals
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Any amount of Sales, Sales Support, Telemarketing, Telesales, Up-selling, Cross-selling, Lead Generation or similar/related
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfort with technology and tech products

Pluses:
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
+++ Related experience from a similar position and/or industry
