Job Description:

Reception / Office / Accounting
Administrative Office Assistant

As Administrative Office Assistant, you will:

- Administer the main phone line
- Answer questions and address inquires
- Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
- Review and enter new sales orders
- Check inventory levels
- Submit purchase orders for needed items
- Review paperwork from received goods
- Check packing lists against purchase orders
- Process payments for suppliers
- Update Sales, Inventory and Purchasing spreadsheets
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Monitor office supplies and place reorders as needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting and Warehouse Teams as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 2 years of General Office, Administrative Office and/or Clerical Accounting Support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Order Entry experience


- Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
- Experience with ANY Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system


+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
+++ Accounts Payable experience
+++ Experience with SAGE ERP
+++ Related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
