Job Description:

Administrative / Front Desk Reception
Receptionist and Office Assistant

As a Receptionist and Office Assistant, you will:

- Greet all visitors to the office
- Communicate with clients and vendors
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer all incoming calls
- Provide basic information to callers
- Answer general questions/inquiries
- Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
- Take messages for colleagues that are unavailable
- Retrieve and distribute messages from the voicemail system that were left after business hours
- Perform data entry
- Maintain and update spreadsheets
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Provide overflow support to various departments as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Up to $20.00 per hour to start plus excellent company-sponsored benefits

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 2 years of Reception experience
- Experience answering a multi-line phone system
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate data entry skills

Pluses:

+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
+++ Related/similar experience from the insurance and/or financial services industry
