As Customer Service and Project Coordinator, you will receive training and:

- Be assigned a set of small and mid-sized accounts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Learn about each of your client's unique brand, apparel and accessory needs
- Assist in the strategic roll-out of seasonal collections (apparel and accessories) for your accounts
- Coordinate multiple aspects of each project roll-out
- Assist with contract administration and renewal processes
- Monitor project timelines and budgets
- Track projects throughout the design, sample, implementation and roll-out process
- Participate in weekly update meetings
- Ensure all client deliverables maintain consistency in brand imagery, aesthetics, look and feel
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues on behalf of your accounts
- Learn to prepare routine and special reports

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- A Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support, Account Management, Sales Support, Project Coordination, Business Operations or similar/related experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to travel up to 10% domestically (once travel resumes)
