Job Description:

Administrative / Account Management / Sales
Outside Sales Representative

As Outside Sales Representative, you will:

- Manage Dealer Sales in Michigan
- Also, handle a territory that includes parts of Indiana and Ohio
- Receive a book of existing accounts
- Grow your segment annually
- Maintain current customers
- Listen to customers and find ways to grow their account sales
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Negotiate and close sales
- Identify, qualify and close new clients
- Reactivate previous clients
- Analyze, track and determine individual action plans for customers
- Coach and mentor your Territory Sales Support Staff (Inside Sales, Order Desk, Customer Service)
- Prepare marketing collateral
- Generate reports
- Perform other duties as assigned

Up to $70,000 to start plus incentives, superior company-sponsored benefits and travel reimbursement

The ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least three years of Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent


+++ A Bachelor's Degree
+++ Experience from within the Appliance Parts, HVAC Parts and/or Auto Parts industries
