Customer Service and Order Entry Supervisor

As Customer Service and Order Entry Supervisor, you will:

- Supervise a team of 5 CSRs
- Provide oversight, guidance and direction to team members
- Drive successful customer service and order entry operations
- Take a 'hands-on' approach with all department activities
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Uphold quality standards and KPIs
- Serve as an escalated point-of-contact for CS issues and complaints
- Arrange and track customer shipments
- Monitor open orders
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales Teams
- Perform routine and special analysis
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training and performance evaluation processes
- Handle document review and document control functions
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Manage special projects

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 5 years of Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Supply Chain Operations or similar/related experience
- At least two years of Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Team Lead or similar/related experience
- Related experience from a manufacturing environment
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook


+++ SAP proficiency
+++ Related experience from a manufacturer of food products
+++ Related experience from an ISO environment
