Accounting - Bookkeeping
QuickBooks Software Experience
Supply Chain & Logistics Industry

As Bookkeeper for a provider of specialty freight services you will:

- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Record payments and adjustments
- Prepare and run the weekly payroll
- Calculate and record payroll taxes
- Complete the month-end closing process
- Reconcile bank statements and customer accounts
- Make entries to the general ledger
- Generate other routine and special reports
- Work with the firm's outside Accounting firm
- Help with all year-end accounting activity and tax preparation
- Assist the Owner with special projects as needed

Up to $60,000 to start plus full benefits starting January 2022

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 2 years of General Accounting, Bookkeeping or similar/related experience
- QuickBooks Software proficiency


- Accounts Receivable / Payable experience
- Month-end closing and reconciliation experience
- Experience working with shipping documentation such as bills of lading and proof of deliveries


+++ Cash flow management experience
+++ Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
+++ Bookkeeping or Accounting experience from Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or similar/related industries
