Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Opportunities Available in Both: Palatine, IL & Highland Park, IL

As Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will:

- Support a team of Real Estate professionals
- Manage incoming calls at the reception desk
- Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
- Take and distribute messages
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Safely greet and sign-in visitors to the office
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry, document review and document control duties
- Make updates to lists and spreadsheets
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Manage special projects
- Provide additional administrative, clerical and customer support upon request

Up to $40,000 to start plus full company-sponsored benefits

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 year of Clerical Office, Administrative Office, Customer Support or similar/related
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent


+++ Real Estate Industry experience or similar
+++ On-The-Job Social Media experience
