Help Desk Technical Support Specialist (Entry-Level)

As Help Desk Technical Support Specialist, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Learn to support help desk operations for a third party wireless telecommunications consulting firm
- Communicate with clients by phone and email
- Also, communicate with major wireless carriers like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint
- Learn to assist clients with troubleshoot issues with wireless communications providers
- Also, learn to assist customers with optimizing their wireless spend
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Help onboard new customers
- Update customer account information in the database
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Perform other duties as assigned

$42,000 to start plus annual bonus and full company-sponsored benefits

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- A Bachelor's Degree
