Office / Technical Support / Help Desk
IT Technical Support Specialist
Bilingual Spanish and English

Up to $65,000 plus great company sponsored benefits

As IT Technical Support Specialist, you will:

- Report to the IT Manager who is based out of the Corporate Office in Spain
- Provide technical and help desk support to onsite office and plant personnel
- Additionally, support employees that are currently working from home
- Answer questions and address inquiries in English and Spanish
- Setup usernames, passwords and equipment for new employees
- Deactivate accounts for existing employees
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Fluency in Spanish
- At least 2 years of Help Desk, IT Technical Support or similar
- VPN setup experience
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

+++ SAP Proficiency
