Job Description:

Part-Time / Accounts Receivable / Payroll
Accounts Receivable and Payroll Specialist

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour to start
Approximately 24 hours per week / 3 days per week

As Accounts Receivable and Payroll Specialist, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Join a small office team
- Support operations for a provider of Home Care Services
- Administer QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Review client billing information for accuracy and completeness
- Generate and distribute client billings
- Enter and process payments
- Apply payments to customer accounts
- Review timekeeping information for accuracy and completeness
- Process payroll for 50+ employees
- Serve as a resource for customers and employees
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Generate routine and special reports
- Assist with tax preparation and tax reporting processes
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Accounting, Bookkeeping or similar
- QuickBooks Software proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
