Customer Service & Sales Support Manager (Information Technology)
As Customer Service & Sales Support Manager, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Support a group of existing accounts
- Communicate with your accounts by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Coordinate with Customer Support Teams, Account Executives, Project Managers and customer contacts
- Monitor/track customer projects and project timelines
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues and complaints as they arise
- Administer contract renewal processes
- Perform document review, document control and document processing activities
- Run routine and special reports
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 5 years of Customer Service, Customer Success, Customer Care, Customer Solutions, Project Coordination, Business Development, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Administrative Operations or similar
With:
- Knowledge of technology (networking, cloud, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Pluses:
+++ A Bachelor's Degree, especially in an IT-related field
