Order Desk Account Manager
Up to $60,000 plus great company-sponsored benefits
As Order Desk Account Manager, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Serve as a resource for customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Communicate by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Create price quotes
- Make updates to lists, spreadsheets and customer account information
- Learn to review and analyze customer data
- Derive actionable insights from your analysis
- Assist with contract administration processes
- Review and distribute customer invoices
- Run routine and special reports
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Automotive Industry experience
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Customer Service, Administrative and Sales Support skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
