Job Description:

Operations / Purchasing / Planning, Strategy and Analysis
Buyer / Planner

As Buyer / Planner, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Administer the inventory database
- Learn to coordinate purchasing operations
- Perform vendor management functions
- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and process purchase orders
- Monitor open orders, inventory supply levels, customer demand patters and shipping schedules
- Generate routine and special reports and forecasts
- Make updates to lists and spreadsheets
- Conduct routine and ad hoc analysis
- Assist with vendor evaluation and selection processes
- Provide actionable strategic guidance based on your analysis
- Make updates to lists and spreadsheets
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Manage special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

Up to $62,000 to start plus full benefits

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, Inventory Management or similar experience
- Purchasing Planning, Forecasting and Analysis skills

With:

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ NetSuite proficiency
