Administrative Purchasing Clerk

As Administrative Purchasing Clerk, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Receiving complete training
- Learning to track inventory supply levels
- Learning to use the inventory database
- Learning to identify re-order points
- Speaking with suppliers by phone and email
- Learning to produce and distribute purchase orders to suppliers
- Learning to facilitate 'rush orders' upon request
- Learning to conduct quality checks on received goods
- Learning to contribute to supplier selection processes
- Learning to check and approve supplier invoices
- Learning to produce routine and special reports
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise
- Escalating highly-complex issues as necessary
- Handling special projects
- Performing other duties as assigned

Up to $42,000 to start plus Medical Insurance and 401k

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 year of Administrative, Clerical and/or Purchasing experience
- Related experience from a manufacturing or industrial environment


- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
