Information Technology / Help Desk / Technical Support
Help Desk and IT Technical Support Specialist

Up to $80,000 to start plus full benefits

As Help Desk and IT Technical Support Specialist, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Provide support to end-users
- Manage the help desk ticketing system
- Troubleshoot end user questions, issues and complaints as they arise
- Update, maintain and patch applications and network operating systems
- Configure hardware, software and peripherals
- Provide end user trainings
- Onboard and offboard end users
- Monitor for viruses and suspicious activity
- Administer and support phone systems
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 year of IT experience
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of VMware


+++ CompTIA Network+ Certification
