Printing / Print Press / Press Operation
Printing Press Operator (2nd Shift)
Up to $24.50 per hour to start plus full benefits
Second Shift - Monday Through Friday - 2:00PM to 10:30PM
Training is on first shift - 6AM to 2:30 PM (M-F)
As Printing Press Operator, you will:
- Join a specialist in the printing and packaging industry
- Receive complete training
- Operate a printing press
- Setup and adjust the press prior to each production run
- Monitor production runs
- Conduct quality checks on completed work product
- Quarantine poor quality, defective and non-conforming work product
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Learn to perform basic press maintenance
- Keep your area neat, orderly and safe
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Printing experience
- Wide Web Printing experience
- 4-8 Color Printing experience
With:
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- The ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
