Manufacturing - Quality Control Manager
Up to $75,000 to start plus full benefits
As Quality Control Manager, your job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Joining a specialist in the adhesives industry
- Managing Quality Systems and Quality Operations
- Upholding ISO standards (9001:2015)
- Conducting pre-production quality checks on raw materials
- Reviewing work orders, customer blueprints and master files
- Ensuring mixing procedures follow customer and company specifications
- Performing process testing
- Setting process parameters for machine operators
- Performing inventory planning and inventory control processes
- Conducting routine and spot quality audits
- Administering maintenance schedules
- Upholding hazardous waste guidelines
- Contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Providing leadership, guidance and direction to new and existing team members
- Administering disciplinary action as necessary
- Managing special projects
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Quality Control Manager, Quality Assurance Manager or similar
- ISO Certification
