Job Description:
Commercial Insurance / Property & Casualty / Customer Service
Customer Service Reprsentative - Commercial Insurance (Hybrid WFH)
Up to $45,000 to start plus commissions and full benefits
Once training is complete, have 2 or 3 WFH days per week
As Commercial Insurance Customer Service your job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customer service operations for a specialist in commercial insurance
- Serving as a point of contact for existing customers
- Addressing questions and inquiries
- Monitoring customer policy schedules
- Facilitating policy renewal processes
- Upselling and cross-selling additional products
- Engaging warm leads by phone and email
- Setting appointments for the outside sales team
- Performing document review, document control and document processing activities
- Performing other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- A Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Commercial Insurance Customer Service experience
- Experience issuing Certificates of Insurance
