Accounting Assistant (With Training)
As Accounting Assistant, your job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the bookkeeper
- Obtaining complete training
- Learning to assist with accounts receivable processes
- Learning to assist with accounts payable processes
- Learning to assist with inventory accounting processes
- Learning to analyze commissions and expenses
- Learning to assist with month end close processes
- Learning to assist with year end close processes
- Providing additional support as requested
- Handling special projects
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 year of Accounting and/or Bookkeeping experience
With:
- Google Sheets proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
